We find that oftentimes when people are traveling they still need to work, so we provide quality Wi-Fi and a printer, as well as daily essentials for our travelers. We strive to create a relaxed environment to work and live in. Having a kitchen gives them more control over what they eat, and saves money on food. We want to provide all the comforts of home they are accustom to.
We take away the headaches that can come with being a landlord. It is our priority to keep your property in premier condition. We frequently we look for any minor repairs that need to be handled and address them ourselves immediately. Your property will always remain rent-ready. Guest stays an average of 6.6 days. Which means a professional crew must enter the unit and clean everything from top to bottom. Top to bottom means from the ceiling fan that gets dusted all the way down.
We find that our guests are typically outside of the unit for most of the day, and occasionally cook when staying for a short period of time. However, having the option to cook as needed is essential for some travelers.
As part of the signed and acknowledge House Rules, our guests are not allowed to bring pets (unless an approved and certified service animal) or smoke any substances in our units. Nor are they permitted to light candles or other flammable objects.
We go to great lengths to ensure the surrounding neighbors have a pleasant day-to-day living experience. By installing exterior cameras and sound monitoring we are able to observe the activities that are happening in and around the unit 24/7. We make sure to adhere to the quiet hours of the complex and neighborhood.
With frequent monitoring of the unit it is easy for us to keep up on small repairs before they turn into big problems! Also guest are not doing the typical day to day tasks that tend to cause more wear or damage to the property.
We agree to take care of the small repairs and be responsible for the first $150 of any minor maintenance. We can repair a loose screen door or a doorknob, etc. And the property owner will be responsible to fix the appliance, heating, and air, as well as regular maintenance of the building and premises.
Automation is the key to any successful business. Our systems set to make automatic payments to the property owner for monthly rents and utility company’s billing.
The insurance provides liability protection for short-term rental properties; it also provides coverage for the contents. The insurance includes a loss of use/income as well. If something happens to the property for a covered incident, there is protection in place.
