We understand the time and investment it takes to purchase and maintain a quality property. Our #1 priority is ensuring that your property remains in premium condition. We have a 4 step process for ensuring that we host quality guests and they follow our house rules.
- Guest screening (including photo ID)
- WiFi locks - controlled access

Outdoor Cameras
We install discreet and unnoticed security cameras at every entrance on the exterior of the property (example: Doorbell Camera). When a guest arrives, the motion sensors activate the camera and it notifies us that someone is at the property. We then check our video feed and verify that the guest has arrived and has the reported number of guests with them.
Noise and Smoke Sensors
We install noise detection and smoke sensors in our properties. These devices monitor decibel levels inside the property 24 hours a day and automatically notify us if noise or smoke levels exceed our set threshold. .
WIFI Locks
We utilize WiFi smart locks to maintain access to your property at all times. At the time of check-in, guests receive a 4 digit door code unique only to them in order to access your property. Access is granted for the duration of their stay and is revoked upon checkout time. In addition, our Vivint smart home security system allows us to see when guests are accessing the property which is then cross-referenced to our security camera as described in the next section.
24/7 Security monitoring
We utilize Vivint to incorporate all the automation procedures and tools explained earlier. Vivint allows us to remotely monitor your property 24 hours a day. Our Security System is connected to the property’s electricity and WIFI and has a battery and wireless data as a backup system in the event power is disconnected to the property. So monitoring your property through a blackout is still possible. The tools that we use with Vivint Smart Home System are:
- Vivint water sensor (for detecting flooding)
- Smart smoke/CO Detector (detects carbon monoxide too)
- Motion detector
- Open window and door sensors
- Outdoor and doorbell cameras
- Smart door locks (access through keypad)
- Smart thermostat
